Your information, handled with intention.
How your information is used. Effective and updated October 17, 2026.
Consultation requests
We store your name, email, optional business name, selected service, project message, consent, and submission time. These records are private to approved Jar Pixels owner/admin accounts and used to review and respond to your inquiry. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. To help organize and respond to inquiries, we may also copy your name, email, optional business name, selected service, and project message to our customer-relationship management (CRM) service provider, where the requested service and message may be kept as a private contact note. This process does not automatically send you emails or texts.
No public customer accounts
Authentication is for approved owner/admin accounts only. Minimal profiles contain an auth user ID, display name, optional avatar/preferences, and timestamps. Roles are assigned through an approved administrative process, never by the account holder.
Spam prevention & media
A hidden spam field, email-based hashed rate-limit keys, and a global submission limit protect intake. Temporary rate-limit records expire during subsequent submissions. Portfolio media may be hosted externally and load from its provider when viewed. No advertising analytics or tracking integrations are configured.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, advertising analytics, or cross-site tracking. Like most websites, it relies on a small amount of necessary browser storage to function: approved owner/admin sign-in uses session storage kept in your browser to keep the account signed in securely, and the private administrative interface may remember simple display preferences (such as a menu being open) with a functional cookie. These exist only to provide and protect the service; they are not used to advertise to you or follow you across other websites.
Some content or services may be provided by third parties operating under their own policies. Portfolio media may load from its external hosting provider when viewed, and the separate optional SMS consent form is operated by our messaging service provider, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies governed by its own privacy practices. We do not control those third-party technologies.
You can control or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings at any time. Blocking them may affect sign-in or other site functionality, but the public pages and contact forms remain available.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. Inquiry records are visible only to approved Jar Pixels owner/admin accounts, which sign in with authenticated accounts and pass server-side role checks before private data is shown. Website intake is protected by server-side input validation, a hidden spam field, and rate limiting, and no site form collects phone numbers or signs anyone up for texts. For the separate SMS program, consent records and appointment messaging are handled by our messaging service provider, which applies its own security practices to the information it processes on our behalf.
No security measures can guarantee absolute protection, and we do not claim that a breach or unauthorized access is impossible. If you have a question or concern about how your information is protected, use our contact form and we will respond.
Contact & retention
Use the consultation form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Records remain until manually removed by authorized staff. Website consultation and free-review intake alone sends no automated marketing, email, or SMS. Authentication uses necessary session storage; demo changes stay in memory and reset when you leave.
Separate appointment SMS consent
The contact and free-review forms on this website do not collect phone numbers or SMS consent. Submitting either form does not opt you into texts or send automated SMS. The separate HighLevel appointment SMS consent form is an optional way to affirmatively request non-marketing texts from Jar Pixels: appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. The program is pending campaign approval; notifications may be sent only after approval and your consent. Consent is not required to purchase services, and opting in does not book an appointment. We do not send marketing texts without separate consent.
SMS information and service providers
If you use the separate SMS form, we may process your name, phone number, email, consent status and time, and appointment details and message delivery status as applicable. This information supports consent records, appointment notifications, assistance and opt-out handling. Necessary service providers, including HighLevel and messaging delivery providers, process information on our behalf for these transactional support purposes, not for their own marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The permitted service-provider handling described above is limited to delivering and supporting the requested appointment messages and managing consent; it does not authorize sharing or selling mobile information or opt-in consent for third-party marketing or other unrelated uses.
Your SMS choices and privacy requests
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of appointment texts or HELP for assistance when messaging is active. You can also use our contact form for assistance or to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as necessary to honor your choices and applicable recordkeeping obligations. See our Terms and appointment SMS consent information.
